Della Terra is what you get when someone designs a building specifically for mountain weddings: a stone-and-timber chateau directly bordering Rocky Mountain National Park, with an outdoor ceremony deck backed by forest and peaks, an indoor reception hall, and suites on site. It is one of the most photographed wedding venues in Colorado — and one of the most booked.

Event spaces

Della Terra operates under Wedgewood Weddings, which runs it as a one-wedding-per-day venue for up to 200 guests on 14 private acres. Ceremonies happen at the Mountain Vista site — a raised brick stage under a cedar trellis, aspens and MacGregor Mountain behind it, terraced guest seating in front. Cocktail hour moves to the Pinecrest Patio, and receptions fill the Chateau, with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, a dance floor, and a full-service bar. All-inclusive packages (coordination, catering, DJ options) are the core of the Wedgewood model and a big part of its appeal for out-of-state couples planning remotely.

What it costs

Wedgewood publishes pricing on Della Terra’s own venue page, and every figure below was re-checked there in late August 2026. Four package tiers, priced per guest: Build Your Own from $92, Classic $102, Premier $132, Elite $157. On top of the package comes a ceremony fee from $495 and venue rental from $1,995, then a 22% administrative fee and applicable taxes. Their own fine print says pricing moves with guest count, date, and selections, and that minimums can apply.

What separates the tiers, in the venue’s own terms: Build Your Own is the flexible, assemble-it-yourself option at the bottom, Classic covers the essentials, Premier adds an enhanced menu and an open bar, and Elite adds extended party time, a photo booth, and a top-shelf bar. That means the $102-to-$132 step is largely bar and menu. Work out what your bar would actually cost at the Classic tier before assuming Premier is the expensive choice — with a drinking crowd it often isn’t.

Tours and bookings run through Wedgewood at 866-966-3009. Do the arithmetic before you compare this to anything. A 100-guest Premier wedding starts around $15,700 for package plus ceremony and venue, with the 22% administrative fee and tax on top of that. Package pricing also means fewer à-la-carte decisions and less room to bring your own vendors, so ask exactly what is included before setting it against a fee-plus-vendors venue. These are starting points — confirm directly.
